I designed one graphic end-to-end, and collaborated with my Supervising Editor Alyson Hurt on the other three, for an NPR/Ipsos poll on how Americans understand the country’s global standing.

The visuals map the widening gap between what people from various demographics think the U.S. should represent and what they believe it has become.
